Where We Ship We currently ship within New Zealand only.
Processing Times We carefully pack and prepare each order before dispatch. Processing times may vary — you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates
Gift Boxes A flat rate shipping fee applies to all gift box orders, calculated at checkout.
Individual Items Shipping rates for individual items are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
Rural Delivery: A rural delivery surcharge applies to all orders being delivered to rural addresses. Please select the Rural Delivery option at checkout if your address is classified as rural. Rural delivery may add 2–4 additional business days to your estimated delivery time.
Delivery Times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times within New Zealand are:
- North Island: 2–4 business days
- South Island: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas and public holidays.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order via the NZ Post website at www.nzpost.co.nz.
Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@relaxandresetgifts.co.nz. Please retain all original packaging as it may be required for any claims.
